This is a project during the Google UX Design Certificate course. In this course with the assignment to design an App for an organic dog food company, I learnt the most crucial part of the design process are the insights into how to find the solutions for those users’ pain points and how to empathize with the users.
Through this project, I learnt the foundations of UX design, including making user journeys, building wireframes and prototypes, and conducting research to test my designs. From the low-fidelity prototype to the high-fidelity prototype, I know if the conditions are allowed I always would love to refine the designs.
